Wish I hadn't waited so long. I had gone to two other chiropractors after being rear-ended by a large dump truck. Both had their own agenda for me, including a schedule that was convenient for then (definitely not for me) and I wasn't feeling better. In fact the numbness in my arm and fingers was getting worse. After I left Dr. Roland's office the first time, I knew I had wasted time by waiting so long to have switched doctors. Within a few visits, the numbness left without return. He genuinely cares and asks questions to ensure he gives you the specialized care you need. I highly recommend Dr. Roland. Don't wait till you're in too much pain to give him a chance to help you!

I feel great!!. I was having lower and middle back pain before my adjustment and now I feel terrific! My headaches are gone as well. I left the office feeling like a new person. Dr. Roland is very patient and will talk you through the entire process. The office is relaxing and easy to get to. My family and friends know about Dr. Roland now!!

Exceptional Care for Overall Health. The entire time I have known Dr. Robinson I have never heard a complaint. He is very patient and truly cares about his patients. The skills and knowledge he has go above and beyond your typical chiropractic office and allow him to help clients based upon their individual needs. Atlas also offers multiple services, from adjustments to acupressure and massage! I trust him and his staff and would recommend him to anyone looking for preventative care or an emergency chiropractor.

Best Chiropractor in Austin.. I have gone to several chiropractors in the past and their adjustments have always felt rushed and painful. Dr. Roland takes his time and is gentle but effective. Even when he adjusts the cervical (neck) area. Dr. Roland listens to your issues before he starts each adjustment, and he tells you what he's doing each step of the way. He genuinely cares! What a great chiropractor!

Roland is awesome! Definitely give him a try.. I am a competitive dancer and I went to Roland for some back issues. I have not had great experiences with chiropractic care in the past. He listened to me explain what was going on, asked great questions, and he did a lot of diagnostic work that hadn't been done before and he explained everything to me thoroughly in a way that I could understand.

His style was very gentle and very effective. I would definitely recommend him!
