I'll be honest: The only time I got a facial at LakeHouse Spa (at Lake Austin Spa/Resort), I was so distracted by the foot scrub that comes with it that I nearly fell asleep. But the facial itself, which smells like roses and allows for "collagen repair" (that's my esthetician talking, don't ask me to elaborate) left my palor pretty and only slightly pink. Unlike other facials, this was one of the only ones whose lovely effects continued to last well after my visit.
