Nice Place HORRIBLE nay TERRIBLE Manager. My party of 5 was HARASSED by the Manager Ruben and the bartender Crystal. All because she had a hunch that one of the 5 people i was with was under age and accused him of drinking alcohol. I asked the manager if he or anyone has seen the minor drink anything and he said no. I told him there actually needs to be a problem before he trys to address one. The situation would have been fine but the manager had our waitress pull out our id's 3 times. and then he himself checked them a fourth time. I told him i was being harassed and he said he was doing his job. His job? I thought his job is to make sure his customers are happy and to make sure his store is profitable and stays open. Not to harass his customers when he has a "hunch" that someone is drinking alcohol.He completely ruined our experience that night when he started raising his voice to the girls at my table who said the same thing. I told him not to speak to them like that and he yelled at me and told us to pay for our bill and get out. We did tip the waitress for it was not her fault. Everytime she came and asked for id's she said she was really sorry she was just doing what her manager ordered her to do three times over and over and over. Of course he will have his side of the story and his bartender to back him up because she was the one saying he was drinking at the bar in the first place. It was all because I had an empty glass next to him at the bar. It was fine that they checked our id but to do it 4 times. The manager approached us in a very unprofessional way, started yelling,. made other customers leave and a few girls to almost start crying. None of this was called for and I will never be back.Ridiculous!!!, Horrible manager and should be fired! I might have been out of line a few times but he did not act professional and things got into a heated argument instread of trying to calm me down. HORRIBLE way he is running his company!
