Shelby rocks!. Again I went to Discount Electronics with my laptop in tow, and Jason in the Service Department helped me figure out my issue in a kind, professional manner that ended up costing me nearly nothing. I truly appreciate the way my problems are addressed and solved at Discount Electronics without the expectation I will be charged for items I don't need or want. Jason was very willing to share his expertise, apparently just for the satisfaction of my satisfaction. Wow!

Impressive Service and Delivery.
Living in Alaska as I do, finding electronics locally is often a futile effort, or the items are unreasonably priced because everything is shipped in by barge or plane where I live; my local electronics shopping experiences and online shopping has often left me feeling violated.
I have dealt with these folks for several years and find their products to be great, fairly priced, and delivery is usually faster than cross town local mail-it's fast.

Outstanding customer service, great prices.
Outstanding outfit, excellent selection and prices for refurbished parts and complete systems. I ordered a refurbished video card for a Dell XPS laptop that turned out to be DOA. They were very apologetic, immediately gave me an RMA number and sent back a working part very quickly.
Very nice folks, easy to deal with and very concerned about providing good service. I will definitely be going back for more parts and possibly a refurbed server in the near future.

Outstanding Customer Service.
Yesterday I had a serious problem with my laptop. I was completely out of commission (blown video card) on my rather aged machine. Went to Discount Electronics because they've helped me before. Matt was the person who helped diagnose my problem. It was serious...
Matt helped explore options, discussed pros and cons, figured out ways to save me money and, most importantly, got me back up and running by the end of the business day.
I had feared that I might be without a computer for weeks; instead, I'm back in business, full strength, the same day.
Excellent! Highly recommended!
