EXCELLENT CHEESESTEAK

The SMALL was enough to feed a grown man. The bread was perfectly toasted, the cheese was meleted just right and enough meat to feed an army!! Great service, always a smile and a cool place to sit and people watch on Congress. I will be back !

Murphy's Deli ROCKS!!!!

Murphy's Deli @ 600 Congress is some of the best Breakfast & Lunch I've had Downtown. Fresh baked goods, HUGE selection, clean place, friendly staff. I can't say enough compliments about Murphy's! I just wish they had one near my house, but it's definitely worth the short ride. I recommend you try it and they also do catering and deliver too!! And the location is great- between 6th & 7th just south of the Capitol. Great job Murphy's!!!!

Quick and easy lunch spot

I run over to Murphy's for lunch from my downtown office and it is always quick and the sandwiches are made to order. They also have a great staff, you can tell they enjoy working there! I reccomend you check it out if you haven't already.

• Pros: Fast service and good variety of sandwiches
• Cons: No Dr. Pepper

Best Muffaletta Downtown

This place is a great spot on Congress. Near my office, I go there just about every day. I have to say the Muffaletta is the best I have had in a long time. The olive spread is not too overpowering and the ham is piled high. Not to mention the bread. that caps it off. I will go back and I highly recommend. Cool thing, THEY DELIVER!!! Too hot to hassle downtown this summer. They will deiver 1 or 100 sandwitches to my office with a smile!!
