It’s the same national chain franchise – Houston’s – that you’ve grown to love the last 20 years, but newly named and improved. Original owner Tim Bartlett bought this franchise and has kept most of the menu items the same, but is now preparing them with locally-sourced ingredients. The kitchen is led by Chef Arik Skot Williams who is using herbs and other ingredients from his garden in his recipes. They are famous for their French Dip and Barbecue Pork Ribs. The atmosphere is warm and clubby with a front row view to the open kitchen. Consistency, quality and service are the name of the game at this proven favorite.
