This Place Is a Joke!. When I finally got the courage to call Dr. Berry's office after looking at his website for months, it turned into a nightmare! The phone rang and rang, then went into voicemail. I tried again later on that day and someone that sounded like a teenager answered, I could barely understand her English as she was repeating everything I was asking her! All I wanted to do ask someone that was knowledgeable a few questions. After that stressful communication ordeal I was placed on hold for a while then someone else picked up whom did not know how to explain the procedure I was inquiring over at all, she even got extremely rude with me when I told her I just want information right now, that is all. She said she is new there and can not tell me anything without me paying $50 to come in!!! Apparently this place does not know what they are doing. Now I'm wondering why the original staff left!! I have noticed they took down the staff photos on their website. This all makes me wonder about the great reviews we are seeing here is coming from family members and new staff. What a strange and scary place to trust your body to!!

The Whole Family's Been There!. The Berry's have been wonderful. My son needed two moles removed off his face and our doctor recommened we see a plastic surgeon. Dr. Paul Berry did a wonderful job in March and already there is very minimal scarring which should almost completely fade. My husband decided to see Dr. Berry to get a procedure done behind his ear and that was also wonderful. Now me!! I've had a couple of wrinkle reducing botox injections on my forehead as well as undereye fillers to help get rid of the dark circles and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Lori was awesome!! If there is anything at all you want to get fixed whether large or small, be sure to see the Berry's!!!

Love It!. I have been coming here since they opened. Remarkable customer service, treats you like family. I do not feel like I'm being rushed contrary to other doctors in the area. Very knowledegable. Overall best experience I have had. Highly recommend!

Needs Improvement!. The original staff is now all gone!!! Makes me wonder why. They can't seem to respect my appointment date. Rescheduled me numerous times for treatment. Very disorganized and unprofessional. Hope other that visit have better luck than me! Maybe it's just a fluke, but I don't think so.- BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

Wrinkle Free!. Wow!! Talk about great results, my forehead looks so much better minus all the wrinkles thanks to product Dysport and Dr. Lori Berry's expertise! I feel terrible for those who have had a bad experience with other clinics. If you want maximum results with a gentle hand, I highly recommend scheduling with Dr. Lori Berry. She even has specials on late night Thursday's! ($8.50 a unit) Best wishes to all....and do your research!

A client who will definitely be a return customer. Dr. Lori Berry recently performed a Radiesse dermal fill on my nasolabial folds and marionette lines and I am thrilled with the results. Dr. Berry is a beautiful person, both inside and out, whose ultimate goal is her patients' satisfaction and well being.

Doctors Paul and Lori Berry have assembled an amazing support staff. I instantly felt welcome. The waiting room was tastefully decorated and comfortable as was the treatment room.

Surgical Renewal & Aesthetics, PLLC is definitely a jewel in Cedar Park's crown. If you have ever contemplated any surgical or aesthetic enhancements, I encourage you to schedule a consultation with the Berrys, you will be so happy you did.

Kudos to the staff at SRA!. The staff at SRA were outstanding and they are always smiling. Anissa is always on top of things, Lisa's knowledge and sweet spirit is refreshing, Lily and Dr. Berry are great! Dr. Berry made me feel very comfortable and I knew from the start that I was in good hands! This was a truly wonderful experience from day one walking into the clinic!
