Great Outcome. I saw my friend having 2 security cameras outside and in her house. She told me the advantages of having it so I called ADT the next day. They gave me a fair price for it so I decided to sign the contract. I admire the outcome and I like how I can watch my kids play outside while I am inside the house doing my job. Thank you ADT Security!

ADT offered the best equipment. My parents needed a security system for their house so I decided to go with ADT. I heard some good things about Alarm Force but the bottom line was that they didn't send police during an alarm. MHB Security, an ADT dealer, offered the most equipment compared to other dealers and they didn't try to sell me a system over the phone like some other dealers.

Lousy response. Appalling service from ADT Security System . Lousy response to call-outs. Constantly having engineers out for find non-existant faults. Four hour wait for engineer to arrive. System keeps glitching. I will be doing everything to get rid of them from my premises and will never use them again.

excellent products. I feel secured that my family is safe even if I am at work or out of town because of ADT alarms installed in my house. A friend recommended their company and she was right. They have excellent products and they provide excellent service.

wonderful job. Todays ADT Security system installer did a wonderful job and explaining how to operate our new system. He came to our house on time and greeted us with a big smile. Good job!

ADT harasses you for payment for FUTURE service.. I recently relocated my business. We had ADT at the old office for 7 years. They bill in advance for service (pay today for the next 3 months). We paid a pro-rated share of the bill based on our move-out date. That didn't stop ADT from harassing me daily on my cell phone for payment (that we didn't owe) during the hectic process of packing, moving and unpacking. We left the alarm off when we moved out. This morning, I got a call at 7:22 a.m. on my cell phone from an ADT person wanting to conduct an unscheduled inspection of my old office. When I called ADT to complain about the harassment, the representative offered absolutely no apology and told me it's just like if you don't pay your cell phone bill you get daily calls. Big difference though because ADT harasses you for payment for FUTURE service.

great monitoring and products. ADT does not outsource their monitoring like most other do. They have 5 different monitoring centers around the US, and boast that they have the quickest response times, and smallest amount of false alarms because of their great monitoring and products.
