Awful. Recently got a haircut from Pam Moore. ( she's new) asked her to layer 1" of hair and slightly round the corners. Instead got 5" layering and sides cut really short. Looks like a mullet in the back. Will never go to this salon or hairstylist ever again.

Fantastic!!. When I first moved to RR, I tried about 12 places to get my hair done, and was dissatisfied with them all. I found Baxter's 5 years ago, and have never been to another place. The staff is excellent, and my hair is ALWAYS done to perfection! I have had a wonderful massage there, and had my nails expertly done. I feel like a member of the family at Baxter's. Just try it, you'll be back again and again...

Wonderfull stafff and service.. My wife and I went to Baxter's 2 years ago for a free haircut. Have been going there ever since. The owner, Meg, and all of her staff are wonderful, amusing and a joy to be around. They also have staff members that do massages, nails, pedicures and so on. YOU MUST GO THERE!

Great. Oh my god this the best place in Texas !!! :) They know exactly what to do and how to do! :) Highly recommend!
