Another great visit today with stylist/owner Laura Anderson... I have been a client of Laura's for a few years now, and I always cherish the days spent visiting and chatting with her -- not to mention leaving with a phenomenal style and color!! She understands the true science behind hair color (which you will over-hear as she explains it to her fabulous stylists-in-training).. and the results are just gorgeous. But she's much more than just an expert stylist/colorist - she knows this business and hires the best and helps cultivate the best possible atmosphere/experience at The Salon at the Domain. There are bridal parties bustling on Saturday mornings (all having a great time) and women of all ages awaiting their wonderful transformations.. not to mention several guys coming in to enjoy the conversation, complimentary drinks (woo hoo!), and good company. I can't imagine a better experience, and I always consider each one I have, a complete treat.

I went to The Salon this afternoon and let me tell you, it is fancy and fabulous! I had Sarah D. and she is absolutely amazing and such a doll. She did an amazing job on my hair and will be seeing lots more of me. The owner and other staff were so accomodating and nice as well. It really is a nice salon and has plenty to offer for anyone. I definitely recommend Sarah and can promise you, you will not regret her!!!

Jessica Kelton is Amazing!. Went to Jessica for the first time in December. We chatted about what I wanted to differently with my hair. The cut is amazing and the products and recommended styling tips have proven fabulous! Booking my next appointment with her right now.

ALLISON SCHINGLE IS THE BOMB!!!. Allison's techniques & attention to detail go above and beyond my expectations in hair cut and color. She knows exactly what I want each time I visit the salon. I never walk away disappointed and if you gave her a try, neither will you.

I especially like the Bumble & Bumble line they sell. It leaves my hair silky, soft & shiny.

The parking is very convenient also, only a few steps away from the salon itself.

Keep up the great work Allison, I'm a fan for life!!

ANNA ROCKS!!!. I was traveling to Austin on business and needed a haircut. Luckily, I stumbled upon The Salon @ The Domain while staying at the Westin. I called late in the day and managed to squeeze in right before closing. Anna cut my hair and did a FANTASTIC job. I LOVE IT! Thank you, Anna, and all of the kind folks at The Salon.

Cadie & Liia are AWESOME!. I just went to the Salon at the Domain for the first time this past Friday before a very special event. Immediately I loved this place! Everyone was friendly and professional and I knew it was a place I would come back to!

Cadie did my hair in a gorgeous updo that was even better than the photo I provided her with! She was super nice and so talented it was fabulous having her style my hair--and the amount of compliments I received for it was unreal!!! :)

Liia did my makeup and wow was it amazing! She nailed what I asked her for to a tee and, again, the compliments I got all night give great credit to her as well! It was incredible seeing how she worked her magic! :)

I will definitely be back for any future events I have here in Austin and highly recommend them and this salon to everyone!

Allison is a treasure!. Been to see Allison twice for color and cut---she is great! She listens and makes great recommendations for great

hair. I almost don't want to write this review as everyone will start calling her! If you do, you won't be disapponted!

Crystal is amazing!. I really like the Salon at the Domain. Very modern and inviting. Best of all Crystal Thomsen is there! I feel so lucky to have found such a great stylist. She always does the best job. I've had the hardest time finding someone that actually knew how to do hair...especially my blonde hair. Crystal definitely gets it right. If you're picky with your hair trust me she knows what she's doing. Most all of my friends go to her now! My hair is in the best condition ever and I always get compliments.

Allison Schingle. I have been using Allison Schingle for years (5+), I just love her. I have referred several friends to her.

I have very thin- fine hair, difficult to manage and maintain to say the least, without looking like a wet cat all the time. It took me a couple years, but for the first time in 26 years allowed (all) my hair to be chopped off (because it needed it, from previous bad cuts and dye jobs). She helped me nurse my hair back to health- took a while because my hair grows slow. My hair looks fantastic- I receive compliments on it constantly. She always recommends the best products to improve the manageability of my hair without weighing it down.

Allison has been a valuable part of my regimen and is very personal in keeping contact and keeping me up to day on the best options for me.

I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone that will take the time with you to learn your hair and your style.

Best hair place in Austin. I just have to say this has been the best place to get my hair done in many years. Alexis Allison has done an amazing job in fixing a bad haircut and maintaining my hair so that it is getting to be more healthy and looking great. I love my cut and highlights that she does and she continues to do an amazing job with my hair. She is a very caring and loving person.
