Thank you Austin Mortgage Associates. Austin Mortgage Associates is the only company I will trust to mortgage or refinance my home. There are way too many shady business practices in the mortgage financing business. James has and will continue to protect my best interest. Thank you and your team James! We love our new home!

Great loan , terrible appraiser. I hate to post this because James Copeland is an awesome loan officer. As I understand it know the loan officers can not pick there appraisers anymore so we get who ever the bank picks. Well this is my 3 rd loan with Austin Mortgage Assoicates and it has always been smooth in the past. BUT this appraiser almost sent me over the top. I am glad we closed on time and I would recommend James to my friends. I just would never open my door to that apprasier!

Used AMA for both my business and my home mortgages!. If you are looking for the most up to date and best mortgage deals, James at Austin Mortgage Associates is your man! Personable and to the point! I have used the company for three of my own homes and sent friends and clients to them! Best in the business, hands down.

They really know their stuff. I've used their services on two occasions, both were fantastic. James and his staff really make the process seamless and smooth. Every question got answered, every detail was seen too, and all done in a professional manner. When you're going through the process, the paperwork can seem daunting, but with AMA I found that everything was done, on time, and exactly how they described it would be.

I wouldn't use anyone else!

CLosed in time for Christmas!!. I just wanted to express my eternal thanks to James and Cathy from Austin Mortgage Associates. I have been working with a large bank for 3 months getting the run around. Then I googled "mortgage in RR" up pops Austin Mortgage. I was skeptical, asked for 3 references, they happily handed over an entire sheet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
