Sold me a car that had horrible alignment issues. They fixed the alignment just enough where I didn't notice it until the more I drove the car. I bought the full warranty and now they are refusing to correct the alignment accusing me of causing the issue. I recommend buying through another Toyota Dealership.

In 1995, Paul Masters sold me my first pick-up. He was attentive to my needs as a 20 year-old college sophomore. Seventeen years later, he is still in the industry and provided great customer service with the addition of running boards of my second pick-up. He was honest about the time frame it would take, communicated directly with the mechanic, was sensitive to my schedule and completed the process an hour less than expected. His hard work and longevity are a testament of his aptitude and professionalism in the car industry.
