Horrible experience, will never go back. Horrible experience! First apt, they had the wrong location. Second apt, I had to call cuz they were late. The woman who answered said, "he is on his way." HE? I told her I never would have made an apt with a man. As a customer, I should have the chance to decide something like that. HE was 20 minutes late.

I called to cancel the apt, asked that the owner call me for a refund. When she she didn't call at 5 pm, I called back. The man that answered the phone was unprofessional, rude, and coughed into the phone. The owner (I was told her name is Ann Marie) never called me back. THIS is how they choose to run a business? I am shocked. This experience wrecked two days for me, I had to schedule things around this 2 hr apt. I have an event on Saturday, I've called other places, no one can get me in for an apt in such a short time. So Princesses Lashes wrecked 2 days, time on the phone trying to patch this up, and wrecked my event this weekend. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…
