Horrible experience, will never go back. Horrible experience! First apt, they had the wrong location. Second apt, I had to call cuz they were late. The woman who answered said, "he is on his way." HE? I told her I never would have made an apt with a man. As a customer, I should have the chance to decide something like that. HE was 20 minutes late.

I called to cancel the apt, asked that the owner call me for a refund. When she she didn't call at 5 pm, I called back. The man that answered the phone was unprofessional, rude, and coughed into the phone. The owner (I was told her name is Ann Marie) never called me back. THIS is how they choose to run a business? I am shocked. This experience wrecked two days for me, I had to schedule things around this 2 hr apt. I have an event on Saturday, I've called other places, no one can get me in for an apt in such a short time. So Princesses Lashes wrecked 2 days, time on the phone trying to patch this up, and wrecked my event this weekend. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great first experience. After seeing something about eyelash extensions I decided to look into it. I looked up a few places online and was hoping to have it done within the next day or two.

I have to admit the cheaper prices at Princess are what initially drew me to choose them but after the wonderful service and awesome esthetician, Larissa that worked on me, I will def. go back. I went to the Central location, on I-35 because that is where they were able to see me the next day. I asked Larissa what I'm sure seemed like a million questions and she answered each one. After she had done a few of the lashes we chose on the first eye, she decided that I needed longer ones so she started over and switched. I thought that was very nice and the fact that she took the time impressed me.

Next time I go to get them "filled" I will def. ask for Larissa again, hopefully by my work at the Westlake office. 4 stars from me!! Check them out.
