Fast and Reliable. Sears comes through once again!. The tech has just left my house, and I wanted to write this review while the memory is still fresh! These guys know service! Chris came out, in a Sears Uniform, and replaced my broken spring, along with replacing the old rollers. The service was quick, they came out same-day, and Chris was a pleasure to be around. Sears came through for me once again!

Great Service- Watch for the Fuel Surchage!. Our garage door spring broke. I called up Sears Garage Door Repair and was instantly given a same day appt. They advertise a $199 spring repair. Chris (contractor) came out and repaired the spring quickly and professionally. The only problem we had with the process is the sneaky $10 fuel surcharge. Just mention that charge up front. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for this :)

Quick Response, Fast Service, Affordable. Called in, got a gentleman named Ryan. He directed me to his tech who was able to come out with-in an hour and replace a broken spring on my door. I live in Lakeway, and it's great to have these guys local. And they're all licensed Sears employees.
