Could not be more pleased with a cleaning service!. Brian Owens of Oxymagic Carpet Cleaning was referred to me through a friend who had her carpets cleaned and just raved about. I had put off having my carpets done for years because I take care of my 93 year old mother and she does not handle chemicals and their odors well. My friend assured me that this would not be a problem as it is a more natural cleaning system. I am not much for writing reviews but because I am so pleased with how my carpets turned out, I felt it necessary to do so. Brian was punctual, professional and friendly. He explained how the system worked and how it differed from other systems. There were no strong cleaning smells and when he had finished, the carpets looked like the day i moved here over three years ago.

Before Brian left, he went over some of the other services he offers such as tile cleaning and vent cleaning. He told me that clogged dryer vents were a major source of house fires and that cleaning out the vent would also help the clothes dry faster and have less wear and tear on my dryer. He showed the vent by running a camera up into it and sure enough it was clogged so i decided to have that done as well. Just seemed to make sense to me. Overall I am extremely pleased with the service and highly recommend Oxymagic.
