jjs carpet. We had a pet emergency and needed someone to come promptly. I called JJ's and was given a time Julie ended up showing up a little earlier and took her time to clean our carpet. She did a good job on it. Better than using the big carpet cleaning companies. We got excellent service.

JJ's Upholstery, Fabric and Carpet Cleaning is the BEST!. We cannot say enough good things about Julie and her team with JJ"s Upholstery, Fabric and Carpet Cleaning. He have a new puppy that is a rescue. So, not knowing how well trained he was it took us a while to teach him the rules of the house. While he was learning...well, let's just say that we desperately needed help. I have used other companies in the past, all saying they specialized in pet stains and odors. Each time I was disappointed. Not only did the stains come back but so did the smell.

Julie did my carpet over a month ago. She promised that she could get the stain out and the smell and it would not come back. I am soooooo happy to say that she is absolutely correct.

Not only is she a doll, sweet and friendly as can be but she stands by her word which, to me is Gold. Use her and you WILL very pleased. And, her products are environmentally safe so we never had to worry about our new little rescue being harmed.

Friendly and Eco-Friendly Perfection. Fantastic, friendly, and professional green clean! I have two small children who like to read, play, and jump up and down (did I say that?) on our sofa and it desperately needed a chemical-free clean that wouldn't leave me wondering what they were inhaling afterward. Imagine my delight when I called JJ's and the owner Julie's response to my questions about little ones and toxic chemical burdens from cleaning products was: "hey, I can DRINK my product!" Now how many upholstery cleaning companies can say that? Yes? I'm still waiting? That's what I thought! Then imagine my further delight when I found her to be one of the most friendly and professional service providers I've ever worked with. Julie came to our house 20 minutes *early* and immediately gave us a reasonable estimate. She got to work with her machine, which she clearly loves like a dear friend, right away. (She'll be happy to tell you why it's the most superior upholstery cleaning machine on the market, primarily this has to do with the fact that its suction is so powerful that your upholstery/carpets are dry in a mere 1/2 hour and thus, no time for *mold* to start growing...hallelujah, says toxic-burden-freaked-out mom!) She soon found that the job was much more than she had signed up for (mostly since I had previously used soap to clean a stain...note to self, BIG no-no). She cheerfully soldiered on while soap bubbles from my faux-pas almost overran her precious machine, and kept working despite the fact that this unanticipated error caused her about an hour more than she originally thought. Despite the extra hard work and despite my insistence, she refused to change her original estimate. My sofa looks like it's brand-new, smells fresh and delightful, and is ready for two little girls to snuggle up and read some books this evening. Thanks Julie for a super-professional, cheerful, and eco-friendly fabulous job!

What a great job !!!. My carpets were ready to be torn out of my house. After the cold winter and letting my 2 labs in for shelter from the cold -we were ready to take out the carpet. Then we had JJ's come out in a last effort to save them. The carpet was returned to almost brand new condition and was fluffy and smelled wonderful. And they use nothing but all natural products! Her equipment is so powerful that it only took a couple of hours to dry - not like all those other companies we have used in the past where it takes days. And professional - she is the best!!! She explained everything in detail from start to finish and even left a wonderful design in the carpet to show me she had reached every part. I highly reccommend JJ's to anyone that wants top grade professional restoration of their carpets. Thanks so much- I look forward to having you come again !! And I am telling all my friends to call JJ's !!

Give your house a treat. I look forward to getting my carpet clean by JJ, its like getting a brand new home. She uses non toxic cleaners that really cleans, the smell is refreshing and not overpowering like other cleaners. Her equipment is state of the art, its dry within the hour so no long waiting to use my home again. She does excellent work, professional and to top it off, a lovely person who is a joy to do business with. I wont get my carpets cleaned by anyone by her now that I have experienced her service.

Great service!. I used JJ's Upholstery, Fabric & Carpet Cleaning Company to have my SUV's carpet, mats, seat upholstery cleaned. It is a 10 year old automobile and the inside "looked clean", but I knew that there were hidden dirt that could not be seen. Sure enough, after Julie cleaned everything, all the dirt and stains were gone. The inside of the car smells great, and it looks so much better.

If you want prompt and professional service, I recommend JJ's Upholstery, Fabric & Carpet Cleaning Company.

Excellent service!. Julie did a great job cleaning our drapes and stairs. She was very professional and easy to work with. The stair carpeting, which was trashed by kids and dogs, looks almost new. She steamed cleaned the drapes while they were hanging so we didn't have to hassle with taking them down and they look great, AND she took the time to fix some drapes that were hanging incorrectly. She also spot cleaned our slipcovered (washable) couches and got out spots that I have never been able to get out. Her prices are very competitive and we will definitely use her service again. Highly recommend!

Out of this world. After using other companies saying $89. special. And that is getting exactly what I paid for. NOT GOOD, I saw a review on our local page out here in lakeway about JJ's and decided to call. First, what I was amazed at was how fast my carpets dryed. I had her do my love set and dinning room chairs and WOW they were dry in an hour. I though we well see if the stains that always came back would, And well they did not. I am truly amazed with JJs and will use her again and I highly recommend her. No more going with these other companies for their specials. Trust me you get what you pay for!!!! Oh and she called me back a few days later to make sure I was satisfied. They really do care

WOW!!. I was so impressed with Julie, she was on time and very professional. My carpets have NEVER looked so good! I have tried the home steamers, and many other companies but they have nothing on JJ's! Thank you so much. My kids room looks amazing and it's so awesome to know there are no harsh chemicals for my kids and dog. I highly recommend Julie, give her a call you won't be disappointed!
