I recently had a new Carrier unit installed at my house by Precision. They did a fabulous job, and I was extremely pleased with the service I received for the price I paid. I was quite impressed with their thoroughness and their efficiency. I really appreciated the effort Joe put in to show me things and explain what it all was. He also pointed out some things in my other A/C unit (not a Carrier) that had been poorly done, and gave me a very reasonable quote on fixing those things.

Two weeks later, I had some problems with the Carrier unit shutting off and displaying a "system fault" message on the thermostat. The temperature that day was 103 outside, so the temperature in my house was rising fast. Naturally, it was after 5 PM when I made this discovery, so I thought I was really in trouble, because the second unit was also not working, and I had turned it off - vowing to get in gear and get the Precision crew out to fix it.

Hoping that I might catch someone, I called Precision. They had an emergency voice mail and I left a message. Within 5 minutes, Joe called me back and said not to worry, they would set me up with a technician that night! By now, it was already 82 in the house.

Joe told me that his technician was not one of the techs that was "on call", but that he volunteered to come fix my unit for me anyway. Saul C. came out after his last job of the day at 8 PM,. He fixed the problem with the Precision Carrier unit (it had too much coolant pressure which causes it to automatically shut off til the pressure drops, so it was an easy fix.) Saul was extremely friendly and explained everything to me very carefully so I totally understood what was happening.

Then, to my surprise, he stayed until he found the problem with my other unit - the non-Carrier unit - and he fixed that for me also! I was so impressed with his willingness to do whatever he could to get my systems up and running, and the fact that he even helped me change my filter on the non-Carrier unit. He stayed until he was sure that the pressure in both units was normal, and that everything was working properly.

I have dealt with a lot of contractors and have never encountered a company with such a terrific work ethic, and superior customer service. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs repair or replacement of their A/C or heating units.

Untrustworthy. We recently had a very negative experience with these clowns but they remove reviews that are not positive. That is why you see only great reviews. Never use the people.

Trustworthy. We recently had a very positive experience with Corey and I would highly recommend this firm. He came out to our house on two occasions to provide us with an evaluation of our current HVAC system and also provide us a cost estimate for possible replacement. Another less-reputable company had previously tried to mis-lead us into buying a completely new system immediately, when it wasn't necessary. I give Corey a ton of credit for being honest and we will definitely use them when it comes time to service and/or replace our system.

Satisfied customer ! I asked 4 businesses to give me bids on replacement of a 25 year old central air/ gas furnace . Tony M. of Precision Heating and Air was the only one to leave me an informative booklet reviewing 4 models of the Carrier brand including model numbers, current rebates and manufacturer incentives. He took the time to check out a problem with the return air vents and possible solutions. On the day of installation, the crew arrived on time. Gary and Obe were very professional and answered all our questions. Gary reviewed the new thermostat, made sure the new system cooled quickly and left us a detailed receipt. Precision also includes a free check up in the first year. Their bid was mid range but I'll gladly pay more for good service. Thanks guys!

Great Job. On Saturday night I returned home from the hospital where my husband was recuperating from cardiac bypass surgery to discover that our air conditioner was not operating correctly and there was absolutely no air moving in the upper floor of our home. Sunday morning I called Precision and explained that my husband was going to be released from the hospital on Monday but I would be unable to bring him home if we had no air conditioning. Derek, one of the outstanding technicians with Precision, came to the house within a couple of hours and discovered multiple problems with our 16 year old HVAC system including a Freon leak and frozen coils. He was able to unfreeze the coils and add some Freon so the house would cool and he outlined various options for fixing the problem. We chose to have the system replaced. First thing Monday morning two technicians, Gary and Obe, arrived to put in the new system and the service manager, Joe, was there to inspect the installation as it was happening so there would be no delays in finishing the job because they were all aware of our situation and were anxious to finish the job before my husband arrived home from the hospital. The job was completed quickly and efficiently and everyone we dealt with was extremely kind, courteous and professional. Our house is cooler than it has been in years. Precision Heating and Air is a model of excellent customer service and I highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for making a difficult situation easier for my family.

Great Work. My heater went out a few weeks ago, just as I had a newborn come into my home. My system was old and I needed an A/C and heater installation. These guys were very professional and worked around my schedule. The original scheduled date had to be cancelled and postponed due to the birth of my daughter. They were very understanding and due to a chilly weekend came in on a Sunday to do the work. Gary and John were the technicians that came and did the installation and they were outstanding. They were considerate and mindful of a newborn in the house and did everything possible to keep us in the loop to what was going on with the installation. Chris the service manager was very professional, accomidating, and a pleasure to work with. Top notch customer service. I highly recommend this company for your work. Thank you for the service!!!

SO VERY GRATEFUL. Two years ago I went through Service Magic and found an air condition business named Chez A/C. I wanted to give the one man company a chance. Needless to say he totally screwed me because when I tried to tell him that the installation was not level and the unit was leaking and causing the ceiling under the unit to fall twice, he stopped taking my calls. I had no a/c this summer and froze a couple of days in the winter. But enough about him. I called Precision Heating and Air to resolve the problem for me. First Derek came and confirmed the problem. He recommended a larger filter because I have pets and gave me an estimate. John and Gary came by a few days later and reinstalled the entire unit. They were very thorough and efficient. Something I have come to appreciate after the ordeal I had been through with that other jerk Chez a/c. After the two gentlemen finished, their Supervisor Joe came to inspect the job. I was impressed how well and structured the company is run.

very professional team. The heating repair team that responded to my call was punctual and worked quickly and skillfully to resolve my problem. A family friend worked for the company and so endorsed them for any heating or cooling needs. The team explained everything thoroughly, and was very professional. I am a very happy customer and forever loyal!!

job well done. My Heating and Cooling system is over 10 years old, and I have never had to service it for any reason. I knew that whoever came out would take one look at it and recommend replacement. The honesty I received from Precision Heating & Air was outstanding. The technician, Derek, told me what I needed to do to fix it, and also presented me with a replacement price. I felt no pressure from him to replace, and decided to purchase their maintenance agreement and opted for a few of the repairs. Derek helped me to decide what repairs absolutely had to be made. My unit is still working like it’s brand new. Thank you Derek, and Precision Heating & Air for a job well done. I will definitely recommend these guys.

absolutely fabulous. I had a bad experience with the last heating & air conditioning company we used, they basically did nothing for a lot of my money! So this time I called Precision Heating & Air, they sent Derek to my home and he took time to explain everything to us, worked with us on what we had, and fixed it. I would highly recommend them, they are absolutely fabulous.
