I have went to several places to have laser treatments, and Elements is hands-down the best I've found in Austin. I recently had a Brazilian treatment, and it was practically painless. I had previously went to American Laser for two years of laser treatment. It was very painful and the results were only okay (after two painful years!!). I came to Elements last week, hoping that Elements could eliminate the hairs that American Laser couldn't. Elements has a modern machine that has a built-in cooler that cools as it laser-treats. That feature really eliminates the pain. The machine is also super fast. American Laser had old machines that were painful and slow. I had Kaylee as a technician at Elements North. She made me feel comfortable and she answered all my questions. She's a real pro at her job, and very easy to talk with. I highly recommend Elements Laser for hair removal services. What a difference a good modern laser machine makes!

Very Professional!!. I go to Elements for underarm and bikini hair removal. After 2 visits the hair is noticably thinner and alot less of it. The staff is very professional. Denise does a great job every time I come in. Hair removal is not painful. I was really worried about the pain but its just a little puff of cold air. After the first visit you are in and out in about 15 minutes.

Great Service, Friendly Staff and a Clean Environment!. I had never had a laser treatment before so I was a little nervous (especially because I was getting my bikini line, actually more like a brazilian)! Meghan was great, she answered all of my questions, walked me through the process and made me feel less nervous/uncomfortable about the whole thing!! I was in and out of there in 45 minutes and Meghan says my next treatment should only take about 15 minutes since we have gone over everything, which is AWESOME!! I have already scheduled my next appointment and look forward to the day when I won't have to shave or have razor rash on my bikini line!! I highly recommend Elements Laser Spa! :)

Austin's BEST Laser hair removal place. Before deciding on Elements Laser, I did a lot of shopping around and found that Elements offers the most affordable prices with the most professional, friendly service compared to the other laser hair removal places out there that are over priced.

I am getting some parts of my face treated for over 6 months now and the results are excellent, my skin feels softer, smoother, hair less. My hair does not grow back for 4-5 weeks, so I don't even feel the need to use a razor between treatments. All the technicians are super friendly and warm, Meghan has been treating me, she is awesome and does a great job!

They have recently opened a new location up north which I have started visiting because my laser technician has transferred there(Meghan) and obviously lots more parking space!!:)

STRONGLY recommend Elements Laser to everyone, Great results, warm, friendly people, affordable prices, 2 locations to choose as per your convenience, open on Saturdays!
