Fabulous...Customer Service. Customer service is a thing of the past...not at Ray's. I phoned on Saturday at 6:25pm asking for pricing on removing my wedding set from my swollen finger. $$ sounded right, so I asked what time he closed. Ray replied 6:30 pm, but he would wait for me. I went immediately. Ray cut off my ring and said he could size it on Monday. When he saw the disappointment on my face, he finished my ring in about 10 minutes. Tomorrow is my 35th wedding anniversary and having my rings means the world to me. Ray was very professional, and did not charge anything extra for after hours and told me to bring my ring back if there were any problems and he would fix it at no charge. I will be taking all of my business to Ray.

Excellent Jewelry, Watch and Clock Service!. I brought Ray a ring to be resized. The price was very reasonalble and I browsed his store while I waited! I didn't really want to give another jeweler my ring to send away for 2 weeks - Ray resized for me in about 10 minutes! Friendly service, super fast fix! He fixes all types of watches, clocks and other jewelry repairs too.
