Great!. We had a great experience. From the seasonal mixed green salad, to short ribs, to the dessert, the food was wonderful! Service was good too

In a word.....embarrassing. Do yourself a favor...visit Austin, stay at the W, go to a show at the Moody Theater, but stay, stay far away from the host restaurant, Trace. This restaurant could possibly be the worst restaurant in Austin, hands down. We had an 8 top last night, and every dish, and everyone agreed, was barely edible. From the oysters, to the octopus, all garbage. It truly is terrible folks, trust me, walk a couple of blocks around the hotel and you'll find some good grub.
