Best Workout. I consider myself fairly fit, but, this workout really stepped up my exercise routine a notch! I seem to be finding muscles I didn't even know I had (or were using in my old exercise routine). I like the fast pace and varied workouts too. Highly recommended.

I am on my 10th week with Fight Fit and still loving it as much as I did the first two weeks. I have lost almost 20 pounds, but more thrilled that I am down two sizes!!! I feel stronger than I have in years!
I have been impressed with the variety in the workouts, having done both the bootcamp and the kickboxing. With new people joining all the time, I never feel like my workouts are taken to a "beginner" level and instead the instructors are great at keeping tabs on everyone and making sure we are all doing exercises that push our limits so we can keep seeing results.
It's a fun environment and a great program to be participating in!
Get Fit and Learn some Fighting Skills. I took a personal training course with Mike Massie several years ago. He knows exactly what areas of fitness to help you achieve your goals. We quickly progressed to working out with a punching bag and other beginning martial art combat techniques. I dropped pounds quickly and learned new techniques. Mike encourages you to be your best and always keeps the challenges coming! I highly recommend Fighting Fit of Austin Boot Camp!
