Nothing but good things to say. Putting in that new system is the best thing we did! I can't believe how much it saved us in cooling cost last summer in that dreaded heat!! I'm thinking next year we need to do the downstairs unit!!

wonderful service !!. Joe Garcia has just left my home after completing your Val Pac advertised safety inspection. He was punctual, friendly, polite and explained what he was doing. Most important, he seemed knowledgeable and honest. I will definitely be calling Joy in the spring for an A/C inspection ! Being new to Round Rock I thank you for wonderful service !!

efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would like to compliment Hometown Heating and Cooling Co for their great service. I called to take advantage of their fall check up. From the friendly Joy, who answered my call to Joe Garcia, the service man, their service was great. Mr. Garcia was very efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Thank goodness I made that call because there was a leak in my furnace. The repair was made, the price was fair and I could not have been more pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend Hometown to my family and friends.

reliable equipment that was the best value. When I moved to Austin 7 years ago, the house I purchased had an a/c that needed some sort of repair every year. No matter which service provider I used, I always felt like I had been taken. I learned of Hometown Heating and Cooling through a mail flyer in the Valpak and decided to take them up on their offer to perform an annual service. They were easy to get a hold of and Joy was quick to schedule the service. No hidden costs or surprises.. This was the best experience I have ever had in this industry. I was very pleased with how quickly they responded. The technicians, Clint and Wes, were very knowledgable about products, rebates, and the process. They were patient with my questions. They were not pushy or aggressive... I felt at ease with them.

It is obvious that this is a small company who take their jobs serious and love what they do.

Joy, the office manager/dispatcher, was pleasant to deal with! I have a very hectic schedule and she found a way to make it work for everyone involved. She did everything she said she was going to do in a timely and efficient manner. If I left a vmail, I received a return call with in an hour, if not minutes.

The install crew were top-notch. They arrived on time, performed the install, educated me on the new system, and cleaned up every speck of evidence that they were ever there. The warranty is amazing. I purchased their maintenance plan for my rent house and it has already paid for itself- a GREAT deal!!!

I received my warranty paperwork quickly, with my rebate forms completed and ready for my signature. There were no hidden costs or surprises. I am a customer for life.

Lifetime Customer. Today, there is a plethora of HVAC servicing companies. Figuring out which ones are honest, affordable, and reliable can be an overwhelming task. When our HVAC unit stopped working in the hottest part of summer, I honestly had no idea where to start in finding someone to come out and look at it.

I started searching for local companies that were small. The fist place I called was not very friendly and talked to me as if my problem was a burden. The next place I called was Hometown Heating and Cooling. I spoke with Joy about my problem, and let me say this: the tone of sincerity in her voice immediately put me at ease of whether or not I found the right company. She truly was a joy to work with.

Great Service. Great service!! My AC went out on Sunday and a real person answered the phone. Wes was at my house in less than 1 1/2 after I called. Fixed my AC problems. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend this company for services, quality and price!

The best customer servicer ever. Before you read my experiance I have to say this was the best customer service experiance I have every had starting with the sweet lady that answered the phone and the Tech that was sent out. I came home and my dogs are panting and hot ....my air was broken, so I called Hometown and the lady I spoke with was so nice and friendly. I told her my air was broken and she said she would call her Tech to see if he could come out tonight, and within less than 10 minutes I got a call back saying he would be here because he did not want us to be uncomfortable tonight....Wow someone cared about my comfort zone. He was here in about an hour, he fixed our air condtioner at a price no one could ever imagine. We signed up for the gold club which already paid for it self for the next 2 years. Wonderful job. This is the first time I have ever wrote a review. I am so impressed. I wish every experiance would be like this because we would be a lot happier in life. Great job.... Thank you so much

Great Service!!!. Great A/C repair service by an honest technician. My A/C tech "Clint" showed up right on time and quickly figured out my A/C problems and repaired it in no time flat. Clint also did a service tuneup and turned the speed up on my blower motor, which blasts cold air out of every vent now.

Clint did not try to coerce me into unneeded repairs, which seems to be so common nowadays. Clint was extremely knowledgeable in his field and I plan on becoming a member of their annual service plan. Good help is hard to find!
