The backup system we use was damaged with our tape jammed inside making noises. We called in the pros. Secure Data Recovery Services removed the tape, fixed the machine and got us up and running fast. My friend told me that the hard drive on my laptop was broken and dying and told me to stick it in the freezer and it should be fine. What was I thinking listening to her! I put the hard drive in the freezer and the next day when I put it back in my laptop, nothing happened. I chose Secure Data Recovery Services to do a laptop data recovery and told them about the freezing episode. They were very gracious and didnâ??t even laugh at me. My laptop was fixed with a new hard drive and they even found 97% of my data! These people are the greatest and the price was not bad either! Thanks guys

This is a very impressive company. Over the weekend our RAID server crashed literally after a tree fell into the building landing on top of it. After a day of tree removal, the tech guys tried everything to get it going again, but nothing worked. We called in Secure Data Recovery Services and they arrived within 30 minutes. They scooped up everything to do a RAID recovery. There were broken pieces, tree remnants and more and just a big mess. We hoped for the best. We used their Emergency services to get the server back as soon as we could. Approximately 8 hours later they fixed our RAID and got us back in business again. This is a very impressive company. All my data was recovered. Accidentally, I dropped my Apple Mac laptop down the stairs. When I picked it back up I could hear pieces moving and knew it was not a good sign at all. I sat down on the stairs and opened it up and it looked ok so I started it up. OMG, the noise it made, made me jump a mile so I shut it down. After researching who was the best to send it out to, I chose Secure Data Recovery Services. Turnaround time was only 8 days from start to finish. Their skilled technicians did a great job performing a Mac data recovery and repaired the broken hard drive. THANK YOU!. My iPad was giving me problems and some icons disappeared and I did not know why. They next day more icons were missing and I knew this was not a good sign. I contacted Secure Data Recovery Services and they said they could do a Mac data recovery for me. I dropped off my iPad at their building and it was ready and fixed in just 2 hours! AMAZING! I'd call them again if in need of data recovery. Secure Data Recovery Services were excellent to work with. We had a laptop that crashed unexpectedly. It held some vital information we needed retrieved. They were very good at retrieving all the lost information when our laptop crashed. It was a pleasure working with them. You are the best. I heard that a RAID 10 Data Recovery would cost me an arm and a leg and I was very leery to hire a company. The RAID 10 crashed and after 2 days of trying to fix it I broke down and asked around whom to call. Unanimously among my clients was the company Secured Data Recovery Services. My clients boasted about their time management, emergency services and RAID recoveries. I called them and met them in person when they arrived. They kept me up to date with where they were during the process. The next day early in the morning they were there to set it back up. Thank you. The hard drive in my desktop was grinding and then it finally died on me. I shipped the hard drive to Secured Data Recovery Services and got it back in a week. They captured all my information and put it on a new hard drive. I hooked it up and started the pc and it now ran perfectly. I am glad Secured Data Recovery Services does hard drive recovery or I do not know what I would have done. Thank you

Would highly recommend them to any company who needs experts. RAID 0+1 data recovery was having issues and making noises. For three days this went on until finally the server was not working properly at all. Of course, we had our own computer technicians take a look at it which was totally unsuccessful in getting the RAID 0+1 working properly. We checked around with other companies in who they used when they had a problem with their server, first, before we called one to come and fix ours. Word of mouth said to chose Secured Data Recovery Services who then came to the rescue. They performed a wonderful job and all the data was recovered and retrieved. The response time was amazing. They were professional and very courteous technicians got the job done in a short amount of time.
