Danielle, I'm surprised to see you had such an adverse reaction. They are so THROUGH there its almost annoying and they take such a good history I can't believe your story. I've been a customer there for almost a year (I'm also a nurse) and I also see the same aesthetician. She is VERY CAREFUL and takes a COMPLETE HISTORY of what is going on with your skin. She would never put you or your skin at risk, I can assure you that!!! I've had the Jesners, blading & multiple microderm abrasion treatments....and EVERY TIME they have questioned me about what is a safe treatment for my skin. My skin is so much improved under their careful guidance. With the Jesners....you CAN have the appearance like your photo (which you should remove). You story just doesn't pan out OR you are blowing it out of proportion. Get a grip!!!

I was in town for SXSW and staying in Cedar Park. Five long days of sessions, walking around downtown and late nights left me a little worse for wear. Face to Face had some excellent reviews and was very convenient. Not being able to plan too far ahead I was very pleased that they were able to book me an appointment. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. From the moment I walked in to the time I left the staff was very fantastic. The deep tissue massage was the perfect way to leave Austin refreshed. Thank you Face to Face and when my travels bring me back to Austin I'll definitely return.

Great place to go to get pampered. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Best peel I have had. Had very short healing/down time. Very clean and polished atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to a friend.

Best place I've ever gotten a facial! All the girls that work at Face to Face are very sweet and very knowledgeable. I have been a member for 2 years this month and my face looks amazing. Also, I love the organic face products the spa sells, Eminence.

Great service. Great prices. Really took care of my son and myself. We will be visiting this spa on a regular basis. My sons skin had visibly improved within two days of his visit. I felt refreshed and relaxed after my facial. Going to be buying gift vouchers for x-mas; a perfect gift for anyone. Thankyou to all the ladies that work there; you where all very friendly and welcoming.

Face to Face Spa is worth checking out. They offer many services and the pricing is very reasonable. The estheticians are extremely knowledgeable and I feel they truly make recommendations best suited for my skin. Give them a try. You won't regret it. My skin feels and looks so much better!

Top-Notch Experience, All Around. I have had facials in top spas all over Austin--Milk & Honey, Viva, Bradz, etc. and the facials I've received at Face to Face rival all those big names, at a much more reasonable price. These are results-oriented facials (and you WILL see results) but with all the feel-good features, too--best massage with facial I have ever received (from Ebony)! My skin looks better than it has in years (maybe ever) and I drive 16 miles to go to this spa--it's worth it.

The thing that really sets this spa apart for me, though, is the staff and customer service. I have been around while the owner, Jenny, has dealt with maintenance men and difficult customers, and no matter the situation, she always responds with such respect and kindness. PLUS she really knows her stuff when it comes to skincare. I've received my last two treatments from Lindsay, who is not only an excellent esthetician, but who is also great to talk to. I always leave Face to Face feeling pampered and extremely positive--all the wonderful talented people there just have that kind of effect on you.

I have never had anything less than an excellent experience at Face to Face, and I highly recommend it. Even though I am a college student and on a tight budget, I ended up opting into the membership program and I am so glad that I did. Seriously, try it out; you will not regret it!

Fantastic Experience!. This spa is amazing! From their fabulous owner and staff to their extremely beneficial facials/peels! Everyone is SO welcoming and knowledgeable and they make wonderful recommendations for your skin! They introduced me to Glo-Therapeutics products which have already made a difference in my skin. You MUST try this place! They have a great "membership" program and offer various services, but they will NOT pressure you into anything!!

Perfect for a bridal party!. I love F2F! My bridal party came in town for the weekend and I decided to surprise them with an afternoon spa treatment. Jenny and the girls at F2F were amazing! We had wine and relaxed in the meditation room before our treatments, then after some pampering, Jane gave us an amazing makeover. My girls were thrilled and we had so much fun. They're actually planning another visit before the wedding and we're booking Jane to do our makeup for the reception. I would definitly recommend this spa to anyone wanting to plan a bridal party or just a girls day out.
