Great Party Venue. Lorell and your staff made my friend's birthday one to remember. We booked the spa for 3 hours, scehduled appointments for our group and had food and beverages in the lounge. It was a relaxing way to celebrate.

The quality of the services was top noche...better than some of I have received at top rated resort spas. I would recommend tolding your next celebration at Skin Spa.

Amanda is awesome for deep tissue massage! And the birthday girl truly enjoyed her facial with Catherine.

I have already booked another massage and plan to be a regular!

Great Urban Spa. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I found out about this place via a TravelZoo deal - and am glad I went for it!

I had a facial with Yuki which was excellent! She also was able to answer all of my questions.

I also had a hot stone massage with Amanda which was also excellent. She was even able to work out my back and neck nots w/o any pain! Which is a first for me. I get regular deep tissue massages elsewhere to address my knots in my back/neck - they fix the problem but they are always excruciating.

The only aspect of this Spa I was not so keen on was that it is a loft-style facility. None of the rooms, including the bathroom, have ceilings - only walls/doors. So you can hear everything going on throughout the spa (anyone talking, doors open/closing, laundry buzzers, etc..). Also, someone had lunch there and you could smell their food all throughout the spa.

So it is not that totally peaceful, tranquil, experience you get at some spas. It is more of a modern, urban spa environment.

The music was great - not the typical spa tunes or nature sounds - but more of a very mellow modern lounge sound - which went perfectly with the environment..

All in all - I loved it and would definitely go back.

Catherine the Great.....at facials. What an incredible spa treatment....had the mini facial and wished I had opted for the longer one because it was so relaxing and rejuvenating...Catherine was so gentle and lovely and gave great honest advice about what products to use on your face. The spa is cute and has a very calm and comfortable atmosphere located right in downtown Austin. Next time I visit Austin....I will absolutely visit Skin Spa again...and will be getting the longest facial that is offered

Skin Spa Austin. I have had many facials, but Catherine by far is the best. This may sound a little crazy but she has the best hands when touching your face. She makes you relax and feel so comfortable, often time I go right to sleep. The place is gorgeous too, that it makes you feel very calm. It is perfect way to relieve your stress from a busy day and being that it is in the heart of downtown Austin makes it very exciting too. Seeing the hustle of people downtown and having a wonderful experience for yourself, you can not beat it.

I highly recommend Skin Spa Austin--Catherine is the best and so is the rest of the staff!

I need more days like this !!!. What a little gem in downtown Austin! Skin Spa Lounge just recently opened and they are tucked away to the right of Eddie V's and to the left of ROAR salon. I found it to be the perfect experience for the following reasons:

* Very professional

* Cozy setting with yummy fruit infused water

* Highly Trained Staff

* Friendly Staff

* Client-Centric

* Fairly Priced

* the Owner was present

Skin Spa had it all! My husband and I both made appointments for a facial and a peel. This was my first time to try a peel and I was really impressed with the process & the results. My Esthetician was amazing...really really amazing.

We both left feeling refreshed, younger, and I'm certain where I am going back for my next treatment. Great location, friendly staff, highly trained technicians....we had a wonderful experience.

Thank you Skin Spa Lounge...I will be back.

Best Brow Shaping in Town. I have gone to a few other places for brow waxes and shaping but this was by far the best. Catherine took her time defining my brow and gave me great advice on tweezing. My arch is back. Will definitely be back.

life changing experience. One of the best massages of my life. I felt like an elastic rubber band and fell into the most relaxed and happy mood upon leaving. I will return very soon.
