Tips for Austin Mattress Beds N Brass

Sleeping like a baby now!. I purchased a beautiful iron bed from Austin Mattress almost 10 years ago, and after I moved to a new home, the mattress gradually started sinking. I called the store thinking I may have a warranty issue and hoping that it hadn't been too long. Steve, one of the owners, came to my house, no questions asked, and did a total examination on my bed and mattress. He discovered that the movers hadn't put the bed back together (either no screws used or just finger tightened) and it was literally falling apart. He fixed everything back to the way it was supposed to be and it's like a whole new bed! What impressed me the most was how important MY sleep was to Steve. He gave me some great advice and told me I will probably get another 10 years out of my mattress now. I couldn't be happier and won't buy a mattress or a bed from anyone else!
