Walking along East Cesar Chavez, it's easy to miss Cazamance Cafe -- and that's precisely what makes it so enchanted. This tucked-away food trailer, sitting primly inside the CTC Garden, serves up mouthwatering Senegalese and Moroccan food (think cumin-laced lamb burgers and hearty peanut butter stew) inside a lush urban oasis. But among these riches, the best thing about Cazamance is probably owner Iba Thiam himself, a colorful host who loves nothing more than chatting customers up while they dive greedily into his food. Because trust me: you won't want to share.
