I'm not a Pilates guy, or so I thought! Then my wife gave me a session with Elizabeth. Now I won't shut up about Pilates. Elizabeth helped me think about my own fitness in a whole new way. She was a professional ballet dancer and understands how to use Pilates to just plain make life better. I feel more in my body, I sleep better, I'm stronger. I used to have a trainer and now it's like I'm able to train myself because I see my body in motion in a different way. Weird and very cool. Highly recommended.

WOW! Elizabeth is a masterful teacher. She is the real deal, knows how to get the most out of anyone's body!

I am a former athlete who inured my back playing basketball at the YMCA at Town Lake. Turns out the L4 - L5 area of my lower back is not in very good shape. After my injury, I could barely walk. I went to Dr. Bob Meyer (chiropractor) for help. He was amazing. He suggested that I take Pilates and fortunately for me, I found Elizabeth Fowler, The Original Pilates Lady. Since seeing Elizabeth, after being told by many that my athletic career is over, I've competed in 3 triathlons, a Nike 10K and I run 5.5 miles to work at least 4 times a week. At age 44, I continue to feel like I'm 20. This is all due to Dr. Meyer's suggestion and the incredible teachings of Elizabeth Fowler. You can see my medals hanging in her studio. You will not be disappointed if you see her, she's amazing.
