Paladins are really at Paladin Automotive. I am a dude, but know nothing about cars except how to drive them. I know i hate car trouble though, as it used to cause me even more trouble because all the mechanics could tell i knew nothing about fixing cars and would hit me up with all sorts of extra repairs that would cost me a fortune. Now, however, i have found an auto mechanic that can tell i know nothing about fixing cars but won't take advantage of that fact. The owner has always dealt with me honestly and friendly, pointing out what needs to be fixed and why, without a lot of mumbo jumbo to confuse me and jack up the price. He has some great guys working with him, and i always feel good after I leave because i am comfortable that only the needed repairs where done, plus when the stuff i need fixed is fixed, its fixed and i don't have to come back and say hey, there is something else going on here.... Ladies, and if there are any men like me that don't know how to fix cars, here is a mechanic that will shoot straight with you and charge you a reasonable price, well worth it. The peace of mind and all that second guessing that i don't have to do makes it even better. I hated being a sucker for dishonest mechanics, and now i don't have to worry about it. I love honesty.

Great service. Paladin provided great, fast service. Andy dicussed diagnostic issues and provided the service he promised. I use Paladin for all repair on my two cars because he quoted a price and delivered on it.

I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my car fixed!. I love Andy! I'm female and I have no idea about cars!... I hate taking my car places and feeling like every time I turn around there's more work that needs to be done. Spending more money than I have... but Andy isn't like that. He tells you exactly what needs to be done and the price before he does anything. He even gave me a few options. And even when I call him on a daily basis to see how my car is, he's always so nice and keeps me fully informed! Honestly I wont go anywhere else.... ever! He is absolutely amazing and very friendly... and always gets the job done! How could you ask for more?

very helpfull. their service is great. No unneccessary reccommendations, just plain explanation of the needed repairs, permission, and done. Andy the owner treats and repairs your car as if it was his own and finds the best resolution for your car and your wallet to be happy with eachother and goes over every option u have in how u go about your repair unlike others who give u the most expensive price there is and dont even tell u that there is an easier and less expensive solution to the problem

A great neighborhood mechanic. When I first moved to Austin, I didn't know who to trust with my car. I was tired of mechanics who tried to sell me work I didn't need. Andy took the time to find the best price on the parts I needed and explained to me exactly what was wrong with my car. I will never take my car to anyone else from now on.

Trustworthy, reliable service.. I went out to my car one morning a few weeks ago and nothing happened. A friend told me about this mobile mechanic that had helped her a few months back and was opening a new shop in North Austin. She gave me a business card for Paladin Automotive. I called and talked to Andy. The fuel pump needed to be replaced. Andy called his regular vendors and was quoted prices between $500 & $750 for the entire assembly. He kept searching for just the fuel pump and found one online for only $120. My car runs great and my mileage has improved significantly. I wont take my car to anyone else from now on.
