Most of the times you need a plumber you are probably having a bad day. I needed a plumber at 10pm and they sent out M. Martinez. He was prompt courteous and professional all the way. If I need a plumber in the future Roto Rooter is my company. Roto Rooter Austin.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers May 6, 2012. I called Roto-Rooter on a Sunday evening and their technician arrived within 30 minutes. We had to shut off the house's entire water supply to deal with a bathroom leak and faulty internal shut-off valves. Marc was very professional and walked us through all the work he needed to do to get us up and running. Here we were thinking that we would have no water for the next day or so and Roto-Rooter zipped in on a Sunday and had us back in business in a couple of hours. I can not tell you how grateful we are.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers. Owning a duplex and a small business, I am constantly in need of plumbing services, and after dealing with a number of local plumbers, I prefer Roto-Rooter as my Austin plumber. Today, I had a crew replace a rusted out gas pipe. They worked in the rain and had the pipe replaced quickly and neatly. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter for all plumbing needs!

Roto-Rooter 3-19-12. I was told it would be a 2 hour wait before a technician would arrive (12a - 2a) but Matthew arrived 30-45 minutes later with a very professional attitude and pleasant demeanor. Knowing the inconvenience the problem was causing; was quick to give me an estimate and immediately started working. He worked quickly and efficiently; never showing any frustration while working. Job well done!

Roto-Rooter Quick and Professinal. Rotor-Rooter Austin Texas. Response was good and the plumber Ken was professional. Corporate scheudling called several times keeping informed of their service status. In addition a final call was made to assure was home and that the technican was enroute.

Root-Rooter Plumbers 2-15-2012. We live in Austin and recently needed a plumber for a clogged washing machine drain. I called to make an appointment and it was about 2pm. They said someone could come by 6. Same day, wow, I was impressed. When Alex came he was very friendly and professional. He also came about 2 hours later. Perfect. He was very thorough and nice to my children who were bombarding him with questions. He fixed the clog and it is draining great. Thanks roto rooter.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers. Our main water pipe busted in our yard causing a small flood. It was obvious we needed a plumber after digging and finding a tree root had caused the problem. We searched online and found that the Roto-Rooter of Austin, TX had great prices, free estimates, coupons, and fast service. We placed a call to them around 11am and their plumber Mark was there by 1pm. He was really informative and helpful in the situation. Our problem was fixed in a short period of time. Great Service, we will call them again!
