Disapointed with Customer Service- Manger/Owner Level.
Let me start by saying the team they send out to do the work are very nice and do strive to make the customer satisfied. What is disappointing about this, is they have no support from their supervisors or managers higher up.
Our experience is this: November 11, 2011 I scheduled a very basic carpet clean. ( Just doing the walkways no furniture needed to be moved.) I cancelled all my appointments for this day and when they arrived, at the scheduled time, they got all set up, took my payment, and then informed me that they had left the wand at another location. Unfortunately, they would need to reschedule as it was 5pm on Friday afternoon. Good thing the event planned the next day had been postponed, I thought, as this wasn't as urgent as it had been. All I was out was my work day, being that I'm self employed.
The team was very apologetic and professional.
We rescheduled for 11/23/11. A different team arrived, again very polite and professional. They began their work and after about 5-10 min I noticed that the truck that was parked in my driveway had fire coming out of the back of it. Yes, a fire was blazing inside of the truck. My house backs up to the green belt of Zilker park. Needless to day everyone who happen to drive by had stopped in the middle of the street grabbing hoses from neighbors houses as we worked on putting out this fire. This could have been disastrous! If this fire had gotten to the backyard, we could've had another huge fire event in the area.
As fire department arrived and we had the most of the fire out. They were very grateful to all of our fast actions, as even five minutes it took for them to get there was not enough time.
A furniture blanket was leaning against the engine inside the back of the truck and it caught fire.
The team was able to finish this job and again very polite and apologetic.
What I am upset about is that NO ONE from Blackmon Mooring Management team called to follow up on this. We waited two weeks before we sent an email to them and then a supervisor called to report he knew about the fire in the truck, but that he was told it wasn't that big of a deal. Really? How do you not follow up with customers on both of these situations? A simple follow up call to acknowledge that you are aware of these events is all it takes. How about is there anything can we do to make this right?
I'll give him credit, he did come by the house to see me face to face. What was all that worth...15% off MY next clean. Uh..there won't be a next clean. Two times your crew had issues and both times no one from your office every called to follow up on these events. We had to contact you to even get on the radar.
If this was one incident, I'd probably not even bother with the time it takes to write this, however, I feel that other consumers should be aware of these issues.
A little customer service training goes along way.
Fantastic Customer Service. I called Blackmon Mooring for a yearly carpet cleaning. It was just before the holidays and after not having a good experience with another company the year before, I hoped Blackmon Mooring would provide better service and quality workmanship...and I was certainly not let down. Andrew was the technician that came out and was very professional, knowledgable, wore uniforms with their names so I felt comfortable and trusted them in our home. They did an excellent job. They were a slightly more expensive then their competitors when i was shopping coupons on the internet, but I guess you get what you pay for - Great Customer Service!
Outstanding service and work!!. After a busy holiday week we had Blackmon Mooring come out to clean our carpets and tile. We were absolutely amazed how great it looked. We have had our carpets and tile cleaned by numerous other companies but it has never looked like this. Even better the price was lower than what we have paid in the past. Easy to schedule and crew was on time! Crew was dressed professionally in matching uniforms. The professionalism put me at ease as I have kids at home with me. HIGHLY recommend this company!!!!
Wonderful Job.. I was very pleased with the ending result of my carpet cleaning. A young man, Andrew contacted me to let me know when they'd be coming. I am very happy with this company and I recommend them, and I will be using them again. :)
Great guys!.
I'm a fan of a clean house, so once Christmas comes along I get really OCD about my house being clean. I called up Blackmon Mooring and set up an appointment. I recieved a call about an hour before my appointment and a young man, Andrew said he could come early, which was wonderful! Once he showed up, Andrew and Roy got right to work. They cleaned the carpet and before I knew it, they were done!
Very friendly guys. Better than anyone else i've tried (ex. "Stanley Steemer" & "The Steam Team")

Wonderful Job. I was very happy with the service my wife and I recieved. I made an appointment with Blackmon Mooring to get our carpets cleaned before Christmas. The young men, Andrew and Roy, were very friendly and helped move furniture. They did a great job on the carpet and I will definitely hire them again.
Spectacular job!.
I spilt baby milk in my car and the stain & stench would NOT go away. I called up Blackmon Mooring to clean my carpets and as an addition to clean that spot out of my car. I met the guy who would be cleaning my carpets & car-- Andrew, and he worked very fast and efficiently.
The Carpet cleaning was awesome. And the smell and spot in my car was completely gone!! I'm very happy with this company. Definitely recommended!
Did an amazing job.
I'm very happy with this company. I needed my air ducts done terribly. I was so sick of dusting. I called a friend and she recommended Blackmon Mooring. She said they did amazing job on her air ducts. So I gave it a shot.
Within the next few days my appointment was that day. I received a call that the guys could come early. I decided that was fine and they came. I received a worker named Andrew. He was fantastic. It took a few hours to do my ducts but now I don't have to dust everyday. I was very pleased.
I recommend Blackmon Mooring. :)

I am speachless when it comes to this company, they do that great of a job!!!!
The guy who came to my house, Andrew. Was very polite, and helpful when it came to me not knowing what he was using and etc. He didnt seem to mind the questions i had when it came to what he was doing. He did his work very quickly and it looked awesome.
i recommend these guys over every other carpet cleaning company!

I've had my carpets done by "the steam team" and "Stanley Steamer"-- psh, these guys do a 1000 TIMES better job than those companies. My carpet & Tile looks BRAND NEW!
The guy who cleaned my carpet and tile, Andrew, did an amazing job. When he finished, he told me and i came back to look at it and it looked brand new, honestly.
I will DEFINITELY HIRE THESE GUYS AGAIN!!!
