Gibson Bar never met a black leather upholstered seating option it didn't like, and this half hipster, half yuppie bar is strewn with 'em. That works just fine for customers, who pack this bar almost every night on their way home from downtown, or sauntering up from their native 78704 environs. Gibson's thoughtful bar menu and accompanying food trailer (Luke's Inside Out) make it a foodie destination, too.

Great Service/Staff and Atmosphere.
I love the Gibson for a glass of wine with the girls after work. We have made it a regular happy hour destination. A nice deck on the back when it isn't too hot, terrific huge booths we can usually all fit around inside.
The owner/manager and staff always act happy to have us back and take good care of us.
And there has usually been some great trailer food available from next door so it can be a dinner destination, too.
