TRIO's former Chef de Cuisine Todd Duplechan and his wife Jessica Maher (Dai Due, Jeffrey's) front Lenoir, a glowing dollhouse of a restaurant that opened on South First earlier this year. Make sure to call ahead and get a reservation: You'll need one at this locally-sourced eatery, where the menu changes weekly and popularity grows daily. A $35 prix fixe menu offers you three courses from the Field, Sea, Land and Dream (dessert) menus, and though most diners choose roughly one from each, who says you can't enjoy three desserts in one night? Ridiculous people, obviously. A recent trip found me tongue-first in a chocolate brioche pudding, topped with rum raisins and crunchy pecans.
