Most people think of Spec's for liquor, but that would be forgetting the "finer foods" that appears in the title of their name. They are also one of the few places in town to carry Dave's Insanity Sauce, made with savina pepper -- purportedly the hottest pepper in the world. At the time of this review I still possess my tongue, so I confess I've only tried a teensy (i.e., near microscopic) amount -- and even that brought tears to my eyes.

candy store for grown ups. Wow!! Spec's really is like a candy store for grown ups. They have a large selection of wines and spirits, reasonable prices, a deli with delicious sandwiches, a large store, 5% discount if you pay with cash or debit card. I love this place.

one of everything.
Every time I walk in to Specs, I find something new that excites me!
The experts are skilled and helpful. I entered their amazing humidor without a clue what to choose. I told the specialist that I was looking for a mild cigar that was affordable but nice enough to give as a gift. The one he helped me choose happened to be the favorite of the guy I was buying for!
The food specials they offer daily are always delicious, fresh, flavorful and affordable.
The selection is fun and endless.
