Cruise Holidays of Northwest Austin

Diana booked a Mediterranean cruise for us. She worked with us to find the exact package we were looking for. Our vacation was easily planned and created no stress (its vacation, it shouldnâ??t!). The cruise was great and our stateroom was great. The balcony was totally worth a few extra dollars!

The info and recommendations from Cruise Holidays with respect to the activities and lodging in Rome were very useful. We felt very prepared for our European vacation with the help of Cruise Holidays. The best part was it required very little effort/time on our part.

Service Above and Beyond. Just got home from a wonderful Western Caribbean cruise! In Cozumel, however, the dolphin swim park had lost our reservation and were no help, whatsoever, in trying to resolve the situation. Diana came to the rescue - in person! (She happened to be on the same cruise.) She and her staff went above and beyond in trying to help me out - especially since I had not even booked the dolphin swim through her!! Diana and ShoreTrips dot com (the excursion co. I booked through) were very helpful and accomodating and ShoreTrips has offered to reimburse me (including the whopping pay phone charges!) even though the swim park was clearly at fault.

I HIGHLY recommend Diana. She takes care of all the details and makes travelling a breeze. I also highly recommend ShoreTrips for any excursions. This fiasco was clearly out of their hands but they were willing to make good on it.…

Thanks for the AMAZING cruise!. My husband was nervous about cruising and traveling out of the country, so we opted to use a travel agent, so all his questions were answered. Jennifer and Diane booked our cruise, helped us choose the right deck (deck 7 was the best with no noise from dance clubs or dining rooms) and answered all the questioned we could possibly think of.

They also helped us book a fishing trip in Cozumel which was the highlight of the cruise for the boys. We went into this adventure with peace of mind we would never have had if we just booked online or directly with the cruise line.

Great Experience!!. My wife and I wanted to take our first cruise and didn't know anything other than what we had seen online. Diana was recommended to us by a friend, and we paid her a visit. We were so glad that we did!

She worked within our budget and was extremely knowledgeable about all the cruise lines and what types of crowds and environments you'd find on each one. She not only gave us great information about what's included and not included in the price, but scheduled transportation to and from the airport for us as well.

Diana was great throughout - from setting up the cruise, to checking on us a couple weeks prior, and following up with us afterward to make sure that we had a wonderful time.

We'll definitely be going back to her for our next cruise!…
