Great Experience!!

My wife and I wanted to take our first cruise and didn't know anything other than what we had seen online. Diana was recommended to us by a friend, and we paid her a visit. We were so glad that we did!

She worked within our budget and was extremely knowledgeable about all the cruise lines and what types of crowds and environments you'd find on each one. She not only gave us great information about what's included and not included in the price, but scheduled transportation to and from the airport for us as well.

Diana was great throughout - from setting up the cruise, to checking on us a couple weeks prior, and following up with us afterward to make sure that we had a wonderful time.

We'll definitely be going back to her for our next cruise!

On an Eastern Carribean Cruise, while waiting for the Ice Show to begint, my wife and I were discussing booking another cruise, only this time to the Western Carribean. Little did I know the nice lady in front of me was Diana from Cruise Holidays of Northwest Austin. She turned around and introduced herself and gave me her phone number. A month later I was booking through Diana for the Western Cruise. She took the time to make sure we knew everything we needed to know about our upcoming cruise. She stayed in touch over the phone and through email. Extrtemely knowledgeable and will get you the best rates. I highly recommend her. Thanks Diana for all your help.

Best Cruise EVER!

AMAZING ALASKA ADVENTURE!!!!

My husband and celebrated our 20th Anniversary watching whales, eagles and bears! An adventure we will never forget. We are very busy people so we knew we needed an experienced Cruise Agent who would take care of every detail and just tell us where to show up. Diana Whiteside handle all the details and delivered an Anniversary we will never forget! We have already started planning our next cruise and we will only use Diana!

Trip of a Lifetime!

Diana was very patient and helped me with all the complicated details for our Cruise/Stay to Italy/Greece/Turkey. The prearranged transfers from airport to hotel to cruise port, etc. worked flawlessly and reduced my anxiety considerably. She also helped us arrange private tours to some of the various port attractions (pompeii, ephesus, Istanbul) that were really great. Our Cruise was FANTASTIC!

Outstanding service

We recently returned from our second cruise that we booked through Diana. We had a grand time just as with the first one. The pre-arranged pick up from the airport, hotel, and port makes traveling so easy. Diana takes care of all the details and is a pleasure to work with. We will return to Diana to take advantage of her excellent service and knowledge for our next cruise!
