EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. DO NOT CALL IF YOUR ISSUE IS AN EMERGENCY. Called another company after "Expert Locksmith"; issue was fixed in 5 minutes!!!!!!!

The issue : Install a new door handle system, older door handle was stuck

Communication before Blanca came in to help :Communicated this was an EMERGENCY. Also communicated in detail what the issue was, that it was not just a key - refit problem / new lock install, but that the side panel was stuck.

What was done : They were unable to fix the issue, took the house call fee, asked me if i wanted to cancel the order because she was not able to fix, and no followup. I called the emergency number again, twice, and no did not get a followup from anyone. After another call, and 30 minutes later, a tech called, and as I described the issue, and asked if possible to fix, he mentioned that they would not be able to fix / assess unless they looked at the problem, EVEN THOUGH someone from the same company had just come, understood the problem, and charged me the consultation fee as well!!!!

I finally decided to go with a completely different service to fix the problem. As I cautioned them on the problem, they reassured me they always had power tools, and would be able to fix.

No rip offs. Other locksmith I have used have tried to rip me off but not them. They were very fair with me and did a pretty good job.

This company is excelent. I really like this company. They were very nice to me and did an excellent job installing locks on my new doors for a good price. I am happy with the service they provided me with.

Opened my car. They showed up fast and opened my car for what I was quoted over the phone. Thats all I wanted and expected. A good locksmith..

New window locks for a good price. Me and my boyfriend hired them to put in window locks on our apartment. The job was done perfectly and the price wasn't bad either. They get 5 stars in my opinion.

A satisfied customer. I needed to change my locks after I kicked my tenant out. I saw all the good reviews these guys got so I decided to give them a shot. I made the right choice. There guy did a great job.

Appreciate. I appreciate the help of this locksmith. They took the time to take the door handle apart and figure out why it wasn't working properly. Then explained what he was doing before he made all the necessary corrections so that the door handle now works better than when I moved in. You don’t need to look far, this company is perfect for any locksmith service.

I had the pleasure of hireing them. I hired Expert Locksmith to rekey my locks. The job was done well and cheaply and the guy they sent was very nice. I highly recommend this company to all.

Fixed for cheap. They fixed my digital lock and they did it for a low price. I am happy with there customer service and the job the locksmith did. I am defnitley going to hire them again.

Experts. After having one of there locksmiths come and unlock my car door for me I highly recommend there services. He showed up 15 minutes after I called and had no problem doing the job.
