Branch should be CLOSED. I was in the area and needed to deposit a check. Not complicated, right? Wrong. The teller did not alert me that the check would have a hold for a WEEK. This has never happened to me before at my home branch. So I'm thinking there's funds in my account. Now I'm up to my eyeballs in NSF fees. I went back to clear this up. Do you think they helped me? NO. I was told I should have known there was a hold for a week. Does this make sense? I'm closing my account with B of A and this ghetto branch should be closed also for lack of customer service.
