This place is great....when it comes to getting your order messed up. Then you have to deal with slow service on top of that! And don't dare take it up with management, because their morning assistant manager thinks he's God who will literally laugh at you! No joke, he laughed at my concerns. Never in all my life have I had that happen. And when I called the Franchise Corporate Office, they forwarded my concerns to the District Manager who promptly swept it under the rug. Don't waste your time or money here. You'll be happy you didn't.
Customer service is easy.
if they actually gave me what I ordered and didn't take literally 15 minute for 2 dishes of ice-cream when they weren't at all busy, I would change this to a 4-5... bud sadly it happens more than 3/4 of the time... if only the franchisee knew.
