Really great massages!!. Massage Envy North Round Rock is a great place to get the kinks worked out. Clay is my regular masseuse & he uses just the right amount of pressure. I like a firm massage & he hits it exactly right. Not painful but definitely works out muscle tension in the shoulders, lower back & feet. Really helpful. Front desk staff is always courteous & helpful. Very professional.

Great way to chill out.... I was never a big fan of massage until I starting going to couples massage with my wife. It is just another way to share and do something great for your body as well.

Massage Envy at N. Round Rock. Going to Massage Envy has been great. I did the $49 trial and signed up to be a member the same day. The staff is super. They took care of any questions or problems I had with great care. I have been back several time and the treatment I get from them has always been the same.

Wes is my hero!. I had my first experience at Massage Envy last week when one of my co-workers gave me a gift card. I was very impressed with the customer service level when I walked in the door - but what "SOLD" me was my therapist - Wes. He listened to exactly what my needs were and spent the entire hour working on my two trouble areas. I was very impressed with the deep tissue massage. I would highly recommend Wes to anyone! I am now a member and have booked my next appointment. All too often we take time to complain, but I wanted to make sure I took a moment to say something good - thank you Wes!

Relaxing relaxing. Have been a customer over 2 years. Left and then came back, missed the relaxation that comes with the visits.

Front desk is always friendly and easy to work with. Have had massages from different therapists and each one has been good so far. Highly recommend.

I saw Rick , a therapist who everyone raves about, but he was terrible! First impressions: he gave me the creeps! During the massage, I asked for relaxing massage, but he touched me in a strange, inappropriate way. I felt he was trying to molest me! I asked him to stop during the massage and left the room. (I am a veteran at getting massage therapy so I know this was not right).

At the front desk, I spoke with Justin "the manager". This guy is young, a minor! His eyes were bloodshot and he smelled like marijuana and a cheap cologne to cover up his marijuana smell. He was so goofy and high from drugs, i didn't feel like he understood what I was saying! I did not pay for the 10 minute creepy massage, instead, I walked out.

I called back to speak with cassy, "the real manager". She was appalled at what I was telling her and didn't offer any resolution. Her customer service skills were lacking and I honestly don't believe she is the manager or could even be hired as a manager. I asked to be escalated and they gave me an email address to contact someone. That someone has never contacted me....

This place gives off creepy vibes and should be investigated.

The clinic looks and smells dusty and like marijuana and feels gross and oily. The chairs and tables are greasy. The bathrooms are disgusting!

Very poorly maintained.

DO NOT GO HERE! In fact, I can assume the other Massage Envy's are like this.

you've been warned...

Find a therapist elsewhere.

Genuine Interest. I probably split my visits between this ME and my 'home' ME. The folks at this store are genuinely interested in addressing you and not letting their attention wander. I would recommend Paul, Virginia and Stephanie but would also suggest requesting the help of the front desk in the event they are busy or off that day.

Relaxation!. This place is sooo amazing! All the therapists are awesome and so professional! The therapists really listen to your needs and customize the session with you! I also love the NEW sugar foot scrub! It's only $10 to add it on to your session and I do it every time to unwind!
