Our family is new to the "rental property" world. We recently worked with Edward in getting our home rented. We went on a referral from another family who highly recommended them and has been using their property management services for years. That family's referral was good! Mars Hill Realty do a phenomenal job in managing your rental property! Our house was ready to be rented mid-August and they found us GREAT tenants (their background check and process is excellent) within a week.

Their customer service is impeccable. I've had to call Edward a couple of times: first for a broken garbage disposal and secondly for repair of our fence. Edward answered both of my calls personally. He also quickly put my mind at ease about what needed to be done at our rental home. There was no leaving a message and wondering if/when they'll call. I talked to a person. :) Their company is now overseeing the multi-faceted process of a complete fence repair, which involves coordination with four different neighbors.

Lastly, their web portal system is so helpful! We've only had one issue with viewing a couple of documents,and they were very willing to help to be sure we can access all the information. They are the best! Our family is looking forward to a continued working relationship with Mars Hill Realty for our rental property needs.

Excellent performance by Mars Hill Realty throughout the selling process that continually exceeded our expectations. Their efforts in generating “buzz” through their contacts and inside knowledge resulted in us receiving our full asking price after only six days on the market. This was after our first offer at 48 hours, an average of two to four showings per day, and succeeded by a back-up offer for even more than our asking price. Their sound advice at each critical juncture resulted in our house selling for the highest amount per square foot since 2006, and the second highest amount in the past sixteen years of MLS records for our neighborhood. If you are considering selling it yourself like we were – don’t. We made more money selling with them, even after their commission, than we would have on our own.

look no further........ Edward assisted my wife I with the purchase of our new home in Liberty Hill, and the sell of our former home in Round Rock. Edward was very helpful during the search process, very knowledgeable about the market / surrounding areas. Also knows how to position / leverage the best offer & looks out for his Clients best interest. I'll continue to lean on Edward for my future real-estate needs. Recently just listed my 5acre lot with him as well.

We love the Lui Brothers!!. Edward and Edwin were awesome during the process of selling our old home and buying a new one. They kept the lines of communication open at all times, addressed our concerns immediately, and worked hard to make it a pleasant experience.
