Watch your bill!. The food was fantastic and the service superb. I had a problem when the bill came. I made reservation on line because when you do (this may be a December special) you would receive a $25 discount when your bill was presented. Well, my fault, I didn't check (I trust too much) until I was leaving. Well, sure enough, the $25 was not deducted. When I asked the much too young and rude hostess about the error she stated nothing could be done! Well, that didn't work with me. To make a long story longer, the manager did refund my money with an apology. So when you assume you are getting a discount CHECK your bill to make sure!
USDA Prime. Love this place also, the bone in ribeye is worth every cent. I would caution you to ask for no seasoning... the past 2 times I have been in it seems someone went crazy on the salt train. Its a shame because it masked the quality and buttery taste of the steak. I do not like the chocolate volcano but you might. I always enjoy the creme brulee. Also the 7 diamond wine while uber cheap pairs well with 80% of the menu.
great steaks!.
My wife and i have been going to flemings in the domain since the first week it opened. sometimes the steaks are slow to arrive at the table, but it is always worth the wait.
plainly put, the steaks just have a great flavor to them. always perfectly cooked. the wine list is extensive and very good. sides are a bit average.
semi-romantic setting, a bit noisy from time to time.
almost a 5 star joint, i just ding for occasional long cooking time for the steaks and noise level.
ABOUT AS GOOD AS IT GETS - MAN, WHAT A RIBEYE!. Tonight I had a wonderful dinner at Flemings from beginning to end, it was perfection. You can't beat the service and Flemings makes you feel very special. You get more than what you pay for at Flemings which is a rarity these days. I highly recommend this establishment for their personal service and impeccable food. Thank you Flemings, you're more than alright in my book. See you again real soon. Oh and one more thing, the general manager is a real class act! Bravo!
I found my fav Steak place this weekend. Joe D's across the way closed. boohhoooo. i was upset but not for long. Service at Flemings was perfect, the food was EXCELLENT. Atmosphere was perfect and I appreciated they way everyone addressed me by my name when I talked to them. Class act, i will be back!!
Stands equal to Wolfgag's "CUT" in L.A.. My first visit to an ATX steak house. Great ambiance, food, & most important-"SERVICE". We were lucky to have Kerry, as our waitperson. Kerry has all the qualities that make a good dining experience, A GREAT ONE. I have been in the restaurant/hospitality industry for more years than I will admit to. I have worked at Tonys in Houston, & at Spago & Patina in L.A.-hopefully I have a sence of what makes a memorable meal. Kerry, G.M. Mr. Whittle, & our bus person-all were personable professional, & accommodating, add that to fantastic food-a memorable evening. If you are able to get Kerry, as your server--do so. Also, try the Ravioli appetizer-delicious. Steaks were flavorful & tender.
Excellent fook and service. The food was excellent. Good ambiance and good service. Will definitely come back
