Not a satisified customer. When i first showed up, they were soo eager to help!! They gave me the loan i needed, now the service i get for being 4 days late per policy is unacceptable. Interest rate is extremely high.. The manager doesnt even have a college education, but assumes that her title gives her the authority to say what she wants.. THey state that they cant hold an account longer than three days, but when you walk into their office they have a bulletin of collections past 30,60,and 90 days.. SMH!! If you really need the money please go to other credit spots just like them, some agencys are like friendly loans, sun loans, and even world finance.. They also help but will work with you if you're three days late!!
