Horrible Experience for Teenager. My teenage son I went to the Too Hotties shop for haircuts. During the visit I was appalled at the poor customer service and rudeness that was demonstrated. Because my teenage son, who wears his hair long had ratted knots in his hair on the back, the cutter insulted him and forced him to take a comb and attempt to comb out the knots himself. She left and went to the storefront and sat at the desk for at least 5 minutes. After the young woman who had cut my hair had finished she went to my son and cut the knots from his hair, as I had suggested to the other cutter.

The cutter who cut my son's hair repeatedly accused him of not brushing his hair (which he in fact does daily after he shampoos, but because his hair is very fine he tends to get "bedhead.") His cutter demeaned him and told him his hair was "thin" and she told me that she has cut his hair twice before and that he will not allow her to do anything to it. I got the strong impression that his cutter just didn't care. My son came home and actually cried because of the Too Hotties experience.

Although I have given Too Hotties my business in the past, I do not any longer feel that Too Hotties understands customer service or good business. If Too Hotties feels confident enough to demand tips, they need to begin to ensure that their customers are treated with respect. More than ever good business practices are needed to attain success. It pained me to see my son insulted by someone who just didn't care how she made a 16 year-old child feel about himself.

Very Very Very disappointing service. I was very disappointed with the service i got for this place. Just a show off and expensive i didn't care for their smiles since they did a very bad job on my hair. will never ever go there again and won't recommend this hair salon to any one else.
