I had been a 'patient' of Dr. Malone for three years; however, never once saw him in person. On 3/29/13, I was scheduled to see Dr. Malone and paid my $25 co-pay upon entering the office (before being seen). Dr. Malone asked me if I had been seeing other doctors in front of office staff (HIPPA embarrassment and violation) then cancelled my appointment without refunding my money. I told Dr. Malone that I was thinking about trying to come off the pain meds that I was addicted through via his prescription. I had seen a psychiatric specialist who was recommending Bupenorphene. Dr. Malone became visibly angry in front of staff and stated, "get your meds from him". I told Dr. Malone that I would do everything under his care; however, I felt as though he was not concerned with addiction as I had heard from all his staff about the deaths of one of his nurses and a patient in the last year alone via meds and drugs. Dr Malone stated, "it won't be that bad and laughed at me when I asked for my money back since he would not see me, stating, "I did see you, see I'm seeing you right now". When I refused to leave the office without my co-pay and guarantee not to bill my insurance, Dr. Malone provided me with a hand written note guaranteeing such. I have gone through weeks of withdrawls and would appreciate a right to sue and your sincere efforts at poling Dr. Malone's patients to see who has actually seen him. I know of MANY violations first hand by his office including but not limited to: HIPPA, falsifying drug tests, staff purchasing pain medication off patients, and deaths.

Friendly staff and attentive doctor.. Friendly pain staff, and the doctor really listened to my concerns and addressed them one by one.

Very Friendly. The doctor seemed concerned and attentive and everyone was nice and courteous. Personable people made me feel comfortable.

Wow! I love Dr. malone and APC. Dr. Malone and his group are wonderful. They are caring, attentive and extremely professional. I am so pleased to have finally found a doctor that listened to my story and helped me understand my pain. He clearly explained the treatment options and his plan to treat it. I have all the faith in this man. He clearly knows and understands pain. Thank goodness for him. The staff is also incredible - very kind. I highly recommend him. I also love that I can get in to see him with short notice! Thank you to APC and Dr. Malone!

First rate care!. I've been seeing Dr. Malone & L. May for several years now. Their care and professionalism have always been first rate. They listen, they explain, and hey are always willing to work together to help you manage your issues. I didn't really know what to expect from a pain management program, but they made me very glad that I became his patient.

I like that they get me right in & out. I have my own business & have little time. Staff friendly & well versed in each of their jobs to make everything run very smooth. I also appreciate the concern of Larry May, Leah, and other staff to find lower costs for my meds as well as other treatments I may need pursue. The evaluation of my problems seem to be their concern as well. I don't have insurance and every little bit saved is greatly appreciated. Without everyone at Advanced Pain, my life would not be an enjoyable one. My grandson that I'm raising is always on the go, so I too must be, and with their help, I can keep up with him, to give him that added running around, picking up, holding, hugging and things others take for granted. I am also able to be more effective in running my business

Greedy.. They only care about how much money they can make off you. They don't care about your pain. You won't see a DR besides on your first Appointment. Then if you request to see one there is some excuse on why you can't.

Look at all the other websites out there where you can review businesses a lot of people don't like this place.
