Don't go here for an updo or anything else.... I'm getting married in June and went in March to get a trial updo. I had a bad impression as soon as I walked in. While I was waiting for my stylist, they asked every person checking out what products they were recommended. Each person was pushed into purchasing their expensive products. When it was my turn, my stylist started off by telling me I hadn't washed my hair in a few days. In fact, I had washed my hair about 2 hours before! She then told me it must be all the product residue on my hair, and I needed a special shampoo to get it all out (again trying to sell a product). She seemed flustered with me because I wasn't sure how I wanted my hair. After she got my hair styled, It looked really nice. She then tried to attach my hair piece for the wedding. It was a disaster. She was extremely rough with this thing that I have been keeping in a special box for a year. She also decided to but bobby pins through the tulle because she didn't know how to get it to stay on my head. Over all I liked the way it looked, but then she started taking it down. I told her to leave it in because I wanted to show my MOH. The worst part was when we checked out! The bill came out to $65 for a trial updo! (online it says they charge $45+ for everything, so they end up charging whatever they want) Also it wasn't 5 min. since I had left and my hair was falling down. It didn't even make it 30 min. How would it make it all day for my wedding? I ended up cancelling my wedding day appointment and am currently looking for a different salon. I just got a bad vibe from this place. They could have had the business of my entire wedding party, but they didn't even try to make a good impression. I was so disappointed. This salon is way too pricy, the stylists are rude, and they just don't do a good job. (ps another stylist came over during my appointment to tell me I had a baby face, and that she thought I was going to a school dance, but then she realized I was getting married. Really? I know I look young, but was it necessary for you to leave your client to come tell me that?)…
Breeze salon Georgetown. Today was my first time to the Breeze Salon in Georgetown, and it was a great experience. From the very welcoming ladies at the front to Chris, my stylist, everyone was helpful, professional and I walked away with a great style. Chris really listened to what I wanted, but put his own knowledge and sense of style into the cut. I would definitely recommend Breeze salon.…
The best salon experience in cedar park!.
Breeze is an amazing salon, the staff and environment are extraordinary. My stylist Denise has been coloring and cutting my hair for two years now, and I would never go anywhere else. People stop
me and ask me where I get my hair done, the color is always so vibrant and shiny. The scalp massages are so awesome and relaxing.
The staff is so friendly, they always offer coffee or tea, or a glass of wine. It is so difficult to find a great salon, this place is a gem. I would highly recommend Breeze to anyone, for the ultimate salon experience.…
Beware, This Salon Does Not Stand Behind Their Work.
Wow, I have never had to write a review before, but I feel I should warn others about this salon. Without getting into all the details, I went in for a simple highlight and cut. My brown hair was
turned yellow orange and was majorly over-processed. The stylist Tim would not admit any mistake, He insulted me, my hair color to begin with and was totally unprofessional. After many calls and trips back in to have other stylists look at my hair, it was reluctantly admitted that it was way overprocessed and that I should not use any heat implements on my hair for risk of further damage....no hair dryer, no curling iron etc. (how was I supposed to style my hair every day?). I tried to get in touch with the owner and the manager of the salon and neither returned my call. In fairness the woman who answered the phone was very nice, as were some of the other stylists who looked at my damage. But no resolution was attempted by management. I now have to buy expensive repair products, live with crap hair for what looks to be many months and go somewhere else to get my hair cut super short to minimize the damage.
Again, I have never written a review for anything in my life, but I warn everyone to stay away from this salon, they will not stand behind their work..... so buyer beware!…
I FOUND LAURA HARKNESS!!!!!!!.
I have never dealt with a more unprofessional salon in my life. This salon is a perfect example of not caring one bit for the client. I'm sure all of you know what it's like to finally find "your
stylist" Well I found her in Laura and now she is no longer at this salon and I don't blame her one bit. She is the only reason I even came here..
I found her on Facebook!!…
