Beware of the general manager Michael Perez or assistant manager Jose Escobedo.
After walking in and being seated, we waited for over 15 minutes with no one tending to our table while the wait staff walked by several times ignoring us. After walking up and speaking to the manager (Michael or Jose), we were told, "we'll take care of you" with no apology. Waiting another few minutes after reseating, a waitress finally showed up and took our order. It took another 30 minutes for the order to arrive (bear in mind the place was far from being packed). During the wait, the waitress forgot several things: straws, lemon slices, etc. By the time we got our food, the wings were colder than our drinks. What should have been a 1 hr meal at most ended up being 2 hrs due to the lack of attention, professionalism, and courtesy by the staff, especially the management, who didn't even bother to stop by and apologize for the long wait. Several parties came and left by the time we were done. Either the manager (Michael or Jose) was discriminating, inept, or incompetent of managing his staff; either way, this manager is not suited to run a restaurant. Pathetic to say the least. This is by far the worse experience I’ve had at a Buffalo Wild Wings location before.
I will be finding out who the division manager is to file a formal complaint.
