Einstein Bagels. Well, here's the deal. My wife phone in an order about 8:AM on a Wednesday morning. I stopped at about 8:15AM on my way to an appointment. I was expected, however my order was not complete. The store had already exhausted it's supply on "Onion" bagels; a major disappointment. However, the "trainee" being on the ball suggested some alternative which I accepted. I would like to add that the manager at this store should be keeping closer track of inventory. 8:15AM is too early in the day to be sold out of any item.

My total time in the store was about 5 minutes which was acceptable. I would like to mention that the drive-thru line had 3 cars waiting for service when I arrived. There were 4 in-line when I left. Again, the store manager should be focusing on this particular feature of this store location.

I was particularly disappointed when I arrived home to discover that 3 of my bagels had been mangled by the bagel slicer. These should have been replaced rather than stuck in the bottom of my order; 24 bagels and 4 containers of cream cheese.
