Great New Sign!. Most companies believe and claim that they sell a unique product (or service). But, I’ve come to recognize that virtually all companies sell a commodity. We all have competitors that sell the exact same thing as we do. However, what really differentiates one company from another is rooted in the relationship they develop with their customer.

That little fact became so obvious to me when we had our sign installed and I noticed a couple days later that there was a problem with it at night (when it was illuminated). I asked you to come by and take a look. You did so and immediately agreed that the sign was not manufactured properly.

Well, these things happen. I believe that the real mettle of a company is not measured by how perfect they perform, but rather, by how they react when things don’t go the right way. The fact that you so readily corrected the problem impressed me more than if everything had gone right when the sign was first installed.

I greatly appreciate your hard work and love the new sign!

Vehicle Wraps Excellent & Effective. I just had to share with you how effective the vehicle wraps have been for us. We receive at least two inquiries a week from new prospects who saw one of our vehicles. Also, many other clients and prospects let us know in passing when they’ve seen one of our vehicles. So far this has been our best form of advertising.

Patient, Informative & Professional. The team at 360 Signs did a great job with our Donor sign. They were very patient with us through the design process and kept us informed on the progress of the sign fabrication. The installation was a pleasant surprise. They came in during the last phase of our remodeling and easily worked around our construction project. In no time our sign was installed and it looked fantastic. Great Company, Good People. Tom Humphries and 360 Signs did a beautiful job on the signage for our newly remodeled clubhouse, golf shop and fitness center. They were easy to work with and prompt on delivery and installation in each area. I especially appreciated his design suggestions. As the project wound down, we were all a bit lost as to what would look best. Tom's suggestions were well thought-out and provided the perfect finishing touches for our projects. Quick Response & Great Finished Product. I’m sitting here looking at our brand new sign and loving it! I guess I shouldn’t be surprised at how quickly you were able to turn this project for us considering my initial e-mail inquiry to 360 Signs resulted in a call back in less than 2 minutes.

I work with a number of vendors on a regular basis and must say that you guys have raised the bar for prompt response time, timely follow-up, absolutely stellar customer service and a terrific finished product to boot!
