Awesome authentic Chinese noodles!. After you pick one of a handful of dishes, you get to watch the cook as he hand cuts the noodles from a living loaf of dough into the hot wok. The noodles are soft and doughy... just amazing. Also get the scallion pancakes! I could eat those all day!
