Greast bridal store in Austin. The staff at Customary Couture was fabulous when I went in looking for a wedding gown.

They were SO helpful. They made me feel special while trying on gowns.

The selection was amazing.

I can't recommend them enough.

Best Bridal Salon and Custom Gowns in the Austin Area!. The ladies at Customary Couture will not only make you feel like a Princess for your special day, but will make you feel like their your best friend.

The selection of gowns are amazing, and taking into account it's a smaller shop, they had a better selection than other bridal and prom shops in the Austin area.

I had my wedding dress custom made here. Every body concern I had was lovingly addressed and every fitting was an absolutely wonderful experience.

I honestly can't recommend them enough. The prices are reasonable, and be sure to check them out when they have their sales!

Scrap the Domain.. shop here for prom dresses!. People say shopping is more than buying, it's an experience. Well most "experiences" include long lines, wrong sizes, annoying sales people and outrageous price tags.. but not at Customary Couture! For once shopping IS fun. The owner makes you feel like a Princess and right at home. I shopped for my senior prom dress here, and it was awesome. The dress selection is astonishing..she has so many unique and gorgeous prom dresses. Even though it's a small shop, she had a wider selection than Macys, Dillards or any other 'normal' shop I went to. The prices are all reasonable, and she has a wide range of sizes (smalls are hard to find at other stores!). Both my sister and I found prom dresses here. I wish I had stopped here first on my prom search, then I wouldn't have wasted so much time looking anywhere else.

PLUS she registers your dress so NO ONE ELSE FROM YOUR HIGH SCHOOL WILL HAVE THE SAME DRESS.

I had a friend that spent over $500 on a dress.. it was gorgeous, but 2 other girls had the same dress at prom.. words of wisdom-expense doesn't mean unique.

In short:

-Best dresses in town

-No lines, not crowded

-Great Prices

-Great size selection

-Location is close to Round Rock, Cedar Park, Austin, etc.

-AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE

-Support local businesses! (owner is so nice)

-Want to have a unique, gorgeous and affordable prom dress? Don't go the the Domain or the mall..it's a waste of time. SHOP CUSTOMARY COUTURE!

Other than prom season she mainly sells wedding dresses, so if you're looking for that, then I still would fully recommend checking it out!

Best Little Bridal Shop Around. Great little store in Cedar Park, but very easy to access off of 183 if you are traveling from down South. The owner helps you personally, in addition to extra staff (ive met 3 different people so far). Every person I have ever worked with there has been incredibly helpful, friendly, honest and just AMAZING. I tried on quite a few dresses and wanted to retry on the first one which took about 5 minutes to get into, they had NO problem helping me get it back on and lace me back up. Most places would just roll their eyes, but here they seemed like they WANTED to see me in the dress again. its like shopping with your girlfriends and there is no pushy-ness to buy a dress at all. I fell in love with the dress, and the store. I am currently paying on my dress (great layaway plans too!) and plan to go back to get the bridesmaids dresses there too. They also have a HUGE selection of bridesmaids dresses, and can help with the tuxes, shoes, etc. They are kind-of a one-stop shop and they ENJOY it. Sherry sat down with me, my fiance and my daughter, spread the books out and we just started playing with color combos. I would highly recommend and I have been to MANY bridal shops in my life- this one is by far the best.
